A solid choice

I’ve had my Lariat for 6 months now and I am happy with it. Although the entry models are very well priced for a brand new vehicle, I chose the Lariat without any upgrade packages as the XL & XLT do not have the current “luxuries” that most would consider standard in a new vehicle. (Push start, dash screen, “leather” seats) The Maverick is the perfect vehicle to suit work and everyday life without breaking the bank. Pros: well priced, well designed interior with ample storage, good on gas, comfortable seats, strong engine, great handling and overall feel without the overbearing ride and size of a truck. Cons: engine auto stop/start cannot be permanently disengaged, sync/bluetooth system can be glitchy on occasion, wind noise at highway speed is noticeable, adding extras to your build can get very pricey. - 5.0
Everything I expected...and more

This hybrid truck has met my every expectation. A fun, very fuel efficient and sporty little truck. It rides great, accelerates just fine, and has more than adequate room for 4. Then, when you figure in the price it is a no brainer. The only drawback is getting hold of one. I had to wait 6 months after I ordered it and I was luckier than many others in getting it as quickly as I did. If you are looking for a work horse truck with a lot of hauling and towing capability this is NOT what this truck is meant to be. Mainly for light hauling such as trips to the garden center or home improvement store which is all I need it for. I LOVE it! - 4.0
Radio could be better

2.0 Eco boost motor is sound and reliable. Has good pick up and power. Gas mileage a little better than expected. Interior has a little worse than expected road noise. Biggest down side is the radio shack reject radio. My radio has locked up several times, only way to reset is disconnect battery. There was no upgrade option available for the radio when I ordered mine. Upgrade the radio, and it would be a 5.
